Now, now. There is only one person who knows how to read filings and they say it's going sub penny.

(That's more sarcasm)

Well said. Great insights. HJOE went to $0.07 in July, budd, and will be bouncing back there.

Translation:
Last numbers blew; but that was due to money/ unforseen situations popping up,the distributers were not doing a good job, creditors calling, and a lawsuit or two.
But several posters were on the wait till Nov #'s, numerous claims of this next quarter will show you whats going on, etc (that was the chant when people were questioning things on the board, wait till Nov)

Now the numbers are gonna blow because of soft launches, and the billing cycle ?, (but wait till the January #'s)

Veals speech about footbal, fourth quarter, games not over, play hard, give it a 110% was as someone stated excellent, and yes it was, it was the same speech given by everyfootball coach in the nation in the dressing room every year, unless now someone is gonna say HJOE bought an NFL team.
As for the new poster (welcome) stating the way HJOE did this on the up and up through financing and avoiding toxic debt, your not reading the paperwork correctly, everything about the finance situation is toxic.
Gotta love the never going below a penny vow, I think that might be coming up again sooner than you would like

The Company sells its product primarily through third-party distributors. The Company is not guaranteed any minimum level of sales or transactions. The Company also offers its products for sale through its website at www.hangoverjoes.com . All sales in the quarter and year to date of 2014 were through the website.

The Company recognizes revenue when all of the following have occurred: (1) persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists; (2) delivery to third party distributors and consumers via the Company's website has occurred; (3) the sales price is fixed or determinable; and (4) collectability is reasonably assured. Delivery is not considered to have occurred until the title and the risk of loss passes to the customer according to the terms of the contract between the Company and the customer. For sales to distributors, revenue is usually recognized at the time of delivery. The Company defers revenues on products sold to distributors for which there is a lack of credit history or if the distribution may be in a new market in which the Company has no prior experience. The Company defers revenue in these situations until cash is received. For sales through the Company's website, revenue is recognized at time of shipment.

Luxeguy, I agree. $75K in sales and a $1,000,000 loss in the 3rd Quarter for HJOE.

Good luck.

Wow, that was quick. Whats the prediction for the January numbers Lux.
Is this part of the schooling me lesson we have bantered about since .25 cents.

Toxic debt, sub par product, brutal PR (and representation), and evasive management.
Its unhealthy to say all negative things so on the plus side::

That was great FOOTBALL speech by Mr Veal almost had me wanting to throw the pads back on and run out there, but I realized the reason my college coach doesn't ring the bell to open the stock market, and Veal isn't calling in plays from the booth. Self explanatory.
Irony is, now I think its a BUY, so buy I shall, we are HJOE team mates again. GO HJOE !!!
