Oh bullshit. We've been hearing about Tox start deadlines from Seymour for years. The last two was by the end of Q2 -- FAILED -- then it was by July 15 according to my impeccable sources that even Seymour won't deny how painfully accurate they are.
Originally tox was supposed to start a year ago. So, no, NNVC is not on time for tox.
And my crystal ball says that we won't have tox started by the end of this summer. It's never been wrong, which is more than I can say about the predictions of some of the other people here.
