I think without Factoring, he will need to come up with some way to get the money to cover printing costs. I don't know if he can start printing, unless he has enough advertisers to make it at least breakeven. He can't lose money. He will be printing a million issues a week once he starts. If the first few weeks are unprofitable, I think REDG can go bankrupt.

I think he can probably delay printing for a few more weeks, depending on when Diamond and TRU needs the books in their warehouses.

Benny has been training people to look for more convertible debt whenever he puts out a press release. That probably hasn't helped anyone.

Edit
Don't forget, the last 8K said debt was ready to convert.

I think he spoke of back up plans for advertising. I don't think it's that difficult to sell ad space. Selling it at a premium is where the difficult comes in. The closer it gets to the deadline, and if they have space to fill, the bigger discount he'll have to give. This is all speculative. IMO, I think he'll get it done.

Would it be inappropriate for us shareholders to help Benny with finding more advertisers? Is there an advertisers kit (copy of a book plus price sheet for ad spaces - what it costs them, the number distributed, where its distributed, etc) that can be forwarded to us to forward to prospective advertisers across the country to get in the books in the future. Benny might not be able to hire a sales force but if we all help him touch advertisers with something appealing maybe we can make his phone start ringing more. Hope that doesn't sound lame, I don't know enough about this business yet but want my shares to grow.

I was just thinking if each of us gets one potential customer to call Benny and let Benny do the selling on the phone. ?
