Warren, you don't know me from anyone else in 'pennyland' - however, I can assure you: it 'sounds' like something Chris Clarke would say...

Having said that, I've spoken with him on multiple occasions (mostly over a year ago), and have received even MORE 'detailed promises' than this, so.... It's no stretch of the imagination to assume 'Conman Clarke' may have said that. Additionally, all of my correspondences w/ him were via phone...

'The real question' is: will he keep his word (this time)?!
My experience w/ him (for 1.5 years) says...'Nope'.

He's notoriously 'slow' to answer emails; but does pick-up the phone every now and again... Give him a call - to satisfy your own 'curiosities' re: the company & its direction (if you will).

Then come back and share with the board your experience w/ him!
