a form 15 is filed under 12(g)4 . . .

if there is less than 300 shareholders . . . RXPC last reported 801, in 2011-2012 i think . . . with all of the publicity surrounding the downward spiral, i tend to think that by the time of the VR, they couldn't get the number to under 300 shareholders, and so it was a VR under section 12(j) . . . my conclusion, opinions?
