Jetpilot, have you ever heard of the word, "dilution"??? No, really, I know you have - and MDMN has experienced quite enough of that at this point. In addition, MDMN will not be paying Auryn ANYTHING whatsoever for the opportunity to explore/develop MDMN's properties in order to justify dilution - so there will be no need for dilution.
Veblen, I imagine there is a legal requirement for Auryn et al to state their intent publicly. It could also have been a requirement as per negotiation.
