Most on the Near West and South side....Ramp right off Eisenhower near Greek Town has been closed for construction for 2 yrs at least....It was one of the nasty areas where one of the Gang Leaders was terrorizing the district. Really some bad stuff, gotta keep your wits about you even in main downtown now.
