Again another baseless assumption. Have you talked to the AMF regarding the default status and further what steps the company has taken to rectify the following:

1.a. Failure to file annual financial statements.
1.b. Failure to file interim financial statements.
1.c. Failure to file an annual or interim management’s discussion and analysis
(MD&A) or annual or interim management report of fund performance
(MRFP).
1.d. Failure to file an Annual Information Form (AIF).
1.e. Failure to file a certification of annual or interim filings required by
Multilateral Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’
Annual and Interim Filings (MI 52-109).
