Good point, but at some future date, rates will go up, should we believe historical cyclical behaviors. These artificially reduced rates are unprecedented.

Oh, and it looks like we may have gotten our answer on SPY or VXX, unless it was just the gap fills. But, given the VXX history , I'm going w the former ,
