Well good news!!! That can easily be cleared up by Jeff Reid. Oh wait. He's a worthless worm who scammed investors and now lets a few of his Bagholders run a Twitter/Facebook scam to try and dump the Bag JR left them with. So Sad.

Yes, talk of an inept SEC is definitely WORN OUT!!!

Reid violated securities regulations, and the SEC suspended the stock 2 yrs ago. The only inept party is Reid.

Reid needs to issue the magic PR:

KMAG received a Termination Notice from the SEC on dd-mm-yy, terminating the investigation which led to the prior suspension of Sep 2012.

Now why wouldn't Reid want to tell his shareholders the SEC investigation has ended in a wire PR? Answer: Because he can't make that claim. QED
