What would actually be bought/sold right now is the "rights" to new shares.

If someone owns certs its actually pretty easy, if someone owns shares in a brokerage account its a little more complicated but can be done.

If there is a willing buyer and a willing seller, both can send their info to Lee and he will make it happen.
