I suspect this is what caused Hensley to dramatically revise his claims that he made, for Emesyl to be ready by summer 2012. If we look at all the legalistic stuff that has gone on last 2 years (NDC number, etc), it seems possible that Hensley would have tried to bypass all that.
Otherwise, how could his original time estimates been so wrong?
