DKGR is now Universal Apparel they manufacture t-shirts and other clothing in Bangladesh factories which they sell dirt cheap to Western suppliers!!!! DKGR on the verge of closing a $2 MILLION DOLLAR contract with a NYSE-listed supplier for t-shirts - whole new DKGR ballgame!!!!

Company is a vertical manufacturer, importer, distributor of private label textiles. Peter
Matousek has resigned as president of the company and will stay on in the position of corporate
secretary during the transition period. Mahabubul Kabir has been appointed as the president of
the company.
