I'm not sure if the economy can handle higher rates at the moment. I'm afraid that could slow down the housing market, which obviously would effect Fannie. Who knows though. But I DO know, that we need some GOOD news, soon......Last year, the good news and bad news balanced themselves out.....For every bad PR, there seemed to be a good one, etc. Also, the media covered FnF more. This year, there's not as much of a balance, there seems to be more negative news, and the media doesn't cover FnF at all.....
