what do you think of the industry experts like the archeoligists paid for consulting and not taking a % or commission based on what the company finds??
could it be they knew good and well the sites are busts and wont yield the company much of anything?
if they really thought there was significant treasure isn't it likely they would want a percentage or commission because they know they would make gobs more that way but instead they take their retainer because its probably the only $$ they will ever make on those sites??

if there was half billion $$ treasure as said wouldn't they work for commission verses up front retainer if they really thought that??
to me those are huge red flags

also...if you had the permited area...and knew there was all that treasure down there... would you sell those permited areas to another or would you do the job yourself?? example juno,lantana,the heartland current permit,theres areas where known wrecks exist,do those holders let them go or hang on trying to get salvage permits?? could it be theres no proof a wreck exists thus that's why they were able to get those permited areas and heartland didn't want to spend any more $ or time messing with it and its a win/win to make the deal they did?

could it be to use the name of the 2 big wigs in the industry,just pay them their retainer and use their name,its an attempt to sell shares?
what was the share structure in 2008? whats it now? have they ever found anything of value?
