Who says they retained the Auditors today? The PR does not state that. It could have been on Friday. My belief is that it was audited during the weekend and submitted along with the attorney letter. We could see the Form 10 tomorrow.

I believe they retained the Auditors on Friday. We will see by tomorrow.

Should be quick as there are no revenue/assets...AS OF NOW...
