On the yahoo site look at insider trades all you see are potential sells. These are not insiders they are various vendors and Lenders that have accepted NMKT stock in payment or for collateral at a discount etc.. They are not people that have information of up coming events that will effect the bottom line. Yet how does the average OTC retail investor look at these listings? INSIDERS yet they are no such thing. how many shares are listed as being held by INSIDERS 0. If they knew that insiders held a high percentage of stock and they are not selling and many other insiders are listed as buying stock that would have a hugely positive effect. IMHO
BTW I think PV owns too much stock.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2006--NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News) today announced management's plans to purchase the Company's common stock periodically on the open market.

That they would buy stock in the open market periodically on the open market. That is the catch phrase there. So, it could be next week or even next year. No one will know until they do it. I think we just have to be patient. If we have waited for over 2 or 3 years what is another 8 months or so? But one thing for sure, we will have a great 1QTR and I am banking on that one that we will have another great run or maybe sooner. Just remember boys and girls. Know your LIMIT and lock in that PROFIT. You do not have to sell all your holdings but sell half, a third, whatever..
