Honestly gwinis, a clean shell company is not what is being sold here currently. There was a time when that made sense pre-merger with Signifi. Sylios has publicly stated they are embarking on expansion. The Sylios website is projecting an expanding company with numerous subsidiaries pursuing a viable MJ biz in the near future. PRs support this. You don't sell a billion shares to be a shell. You are betting on an MJ business, not a clean shell. All IMO, but I think a clean shell company plan is a bit of a reach at this time.
