True and very obvious. What is really strange is that he claims he's doing it all for shareholder value. They're going to dilute this right down to 0.0001 slowly over the next couple of weeks and then the R/S hits and we're back to 0.15.
Would it then be worth buying around 0.15? No!!!!
It will crash on no volume because hopefully no one is stupid enough to buy into the same rollercoaster for a 3rd time.
I don't honestly care if it does get to cash positive. With the toxic funding he has used to get there, there's no money for the investors.
It's dubious whether this form of oil production is cash positive in any normal situation but with toxic lenders in between us and the company, it really is impossible.
