it is not an over reaction, it is in response to the lack of an audit to verify all the financial information that has been let out. we are making all kinds of money and still have to give away shares to pay off financial obligations. I am getting very tired of the lack of appreciation by ep for the shareholders. without them audit there will be no appreciation of share price period. get the god blessed audit out and get the uplist done. or are you lieing as the bears say.

DD... saying... BUY BUY BUY BUY... has been provided all the way down from the .03 last year and the .02 this year.... And all that bought ... unless sold in a mini up... ARE DOWN... REMEMBER THE AUDIT... COULD HAVE MORE RED FLAGS.... WHY THE SILENCE?? I am getting more and more CONCERNED....
