It hasn't gone to .01 or even close to that so to ask that question makes little sense. Look at the way this thing trades at reasonable volumes vs. Low volumes like today. This is pure and simple manipulation and consolidation for the moves this sector will make in the coming months.
Imo it will not even touch .01, you may get lucky and get some .03s but that is a maybe. Most likely we will be ripping out of here shortly and never looking back.
