DaBoze: Again, you are confusing the '13 projection with the '14 projection.

'13 was June +/- 2-3 Months to commence Tox. They released "preliminary dosing info in Oct and claimed that was what they were talking about when they said "commencing Tox." We had a long discussion and have agreed to only refer to FROMAL BASi Tox testing when we say Tox.

Then Seymour said Tox in Q2 of '14. That is why he wrote:

We had additional demands on the production lab based on new contracts for such viruses as dengue, MERS, H7N9 and herpes
Otherwise, we would have hit our Q2goals

He is clearly acknowledging that Q2 was the goal.

But as someone else posted, it is all irrelevant. Any date given means absolutely nothing.
