I asked Manny weeks ago why Matt doesn't make a tweet for the shareholders, his answer:

I passed along the information to Matt. I don’t know if he will tweet it out because I do not know if he wants that info public yet, but I can tell you that so far for the reported period (up to june 30th) there will not be any reductions shown, and any reductions in the OS would not show until probably the next quarter the is reported. Anything else about it is not public information yet so I really cannot talk about it now.

We differ there in that I think Manny's intent was criminal and he should be in jail.

No. Washington State only. They cannot transport to any other state regardless of each individual state law. This would be drug trafficking according to federal law...IMO.
