Even Scott WILL NOT elude to the FACT that at some point he will NOT take SEEK into the land of a R/S. Ask Scott on the next CC if he TOTALLY will rule out a R/S.......
ANYONE with any common sense is fully aware of WHY the PPS is where it is when a CEO hands out shares like water. Their company then becomes UPSIDE DOWN to the investment community and a R/S is ultimately their ONLY WAY OUT to maintain a status quo in the investment community.
The CEO's will most ALWAYS do a R/S to clean up their mess at the expense of the shareholders because we are ALL aware of what happens to those companies PPS's when that event happens......... they normally DO NOT recover from the CEO's actions.
Scott has gone over this at least TWICE now and is fully aware of where the PPS will be going should he make the untimely decision to take SEEK down this path.
