#37342 RE: Indica #37340

Is it possible that EMF has more than 1 parcel on their 300 acre property?

OF COURSE. "Separate ownership" doesn't even mean different owners; just that the parcels are owned - and taxed - individually.

But one can only legally have 25 plants (assuming proof of the patients who need it!) ON any ONE parcel.

And with 50 feet required to the edge of the parcel, that means at least 100 feet between any two groups of 25.

This is clearly NOT what we are seeing here:

25 plants per parcel. Not 100, like in the video. 25. Parcels must be surrounded by a fence. Separated by 50 feet. Not like in the video.

Plants have to be grown by patients, primary caregivers, or a collection of those referred to as a 'collective' or 'cooperative'.

Plants cannot be grown by for-profit companies. Which is what Emerald Med Farms is.

It's simple - Emerald Med Farms is in the same class as everyone else growing marijuana illegally, except that:

- They are a public company, and subject to higher scrutiny by more 3-letter agencies

- They were stupid enough to put all of the evidence in a video, on a web site, with enough information for a law enforcement agency to track them down

And you think people should invest in this POS run by incompetent fools?
