dont forget when div is announced ,

lets say is sept 30 , dont forget how it plays out

....sept 30 announced which will then take place two months from then , and once the two months are over, they will be issued in one month from then and then placed in your account in 2 months and we will debate it endlessly ...what does in account mean ,does it mean the 30 or the this or that etc
