Explain that to management and shareholders of BofA for Countrywide's past actions as well as management and shareholders of JPM for BS past actions. The actions do not go away.

I see no info on a new owner. The one who holds the majority of shares, 130 million. Only info on new management. See picture below.
Who holds this is the owner, and as far as I can find out, its the same person as the past.
