Doesn't it raise concerns as to why management and insiders dumped their shares and drove the stock down to a zero bid?

Of course you can load up on more shares this week.....there are plenty available as massive amounts were dumped recently.

If these shares had any value...management and insiders would not have have offloaded such large amounts recently.
