I went into the store today and had a few problems but they were resolved by the on-site Verizon and AT&T Reps in the store today. The AT&T Rep verified that I wouldn't have to pay a cancellation fee for switching to Verizon and the Verizon guy put in the stuff to get me the $60 special. He gave me his phone number in case there's a problem.

I haven't received any email on the Verizon account yet though I suspect that I will have to create a new one (I think that I've done this a while ago).

I also have to ask Verizon for our 19% corporate discount.

The single-line plan should save us a total of $720. It's too bad that they didn't have this available on the Apple Store website. A big thanks to you for posting your service pricing information.
