Oh, got it! Therein lies the rub for the defendants. The key is to obviously protect TMMI's patent first and foremost. But, in a worst case scenario, tie up the defendant's patent in court so TMMI can be first to market. Smart! Looks like a win/win for TMMI, no matter how the case plays out.

Not true, again. Here's part of a post that I put up last night:

Jay, you posted and continue to post this: "The Defendants,do have an injunction against their patent,anyone that can read and understand the law,knows this!!."

Jay, that's just not truthful and if you have read the documents, you know this. TMMI's lawyer asked for an injunction but it was not granted.

Because it was not granted allows the defendants to do whatever they please with the patent. They can use it, or just shelve it.
