I'm just stating that you don't need "hyperpipelining" to hit 2GHz in 20nm.

The "hyperpipelining" is just an example of a major change in processor architecture.

The point was that process alone won't help Apple reach 2.0 GHz, assuming Apple even wanted to. Maybe process + architecture can get there, but then the rearchtecting of the core makes this whole discussion moot.
