You might have nailed it Top Do not underestimate the value of a deal with ZTE. The co is bringing smartphones to the masses, even in the U.S. I believe it is the flagship phone with Metro PCS bringing lower priced cellphone plans to millions unable to afford expensive iPhones and premier android devices. ZTE was also the first thing that popped into my mind when I read "second tier". Hopefully things will heat up for BIO-key soon!!
