There are/were at least three lawsuits

There are/were at least three lawsuits since 2012 in which MJNA has been a defendant:

Two in San Diego:

2012:
Case Number: 37-2012-00102098-CU-EN-CTL
Case Title: Davis-Mertz vs. Medical Marijuana Inc., DBA: Cannabank

This appears to be some kind of labor dispute, as the Labor Board was involved.

MJNA lost:

Judgment was entered as follows: Judgment entered for Davis-Mertz, Scott and against Medical Marijuana Inc. for $ 28317.86, punitive damages: $ 0.00, attorney fees: $ 0.00, interest: $ 205.58, prejudgment costs: $ 395.00, other costs: $ 0.00, amount payable to court: $ .00, for a grand total of $ 28918.44.

The 2013 case was Dixie vs. MJNA, which went to arbitration and is now over.

The third case is the one in Clark County.

There could be other ones out there, but one would have to go county by county to find them.
