Yeah and the funny thing is this barely has a float so this could very well run to a dollar if enough people get a good look at it. Shame Frank and his family like to keep it quiet. I mean at a point the only reason they would PR was because the management company they used PRd they were going to do the job of renovations after ASAE bought it.
