This is my opinion only but to answer your questions Yes and Yes. Yes its a good thing. And if you believe in this company Yes load up before Oct. 1. No matter what I believe PMCM is going to start its next run soon. The timing of this couldn't have happened at a better time. Look for this to run hard starting in Nov. IMO

PMCM will give me 40K shares of ESMG in addition to the 2M shares I own of PMCM. I think that's the ratio 50 to 1.
