The "Garth" char'actor' did not address any of the real issues that killed ICBS/canwealth. He did not address the mess that ICBS is in with the CSA. And no the IPO CANNOT be " subscribed" to or pre sold in any other way. Very illegal !! And NO, Mr Jedda or whoever is not heading up the sales of the IPO. Right now there is no IPO to sell. Folks are really grasping at straws here .......
