I believe Mrs Smith would first have to be involved with a robust and profitable little tech company to afford an airline ticket from Toronto to Boston and Toronto to San Fran. (and hotel room and meals)...and apparently his and his associates short on ANY didn't work out well enough to give him the coin to do it...
...on top of that...Mr. Smith could have taken a $10 cab in Toronto and visited Sphere3D's office
... and he didn't...
...and what successful Techie would be on the message boards trashing key employees of a firm with disruptive technology ...not on the fundamentals of the technology...but because their butt wasn't kissed?
Bottom line...it is obvious that he is not interested in knowing of the success of Sphere3D and Glassware...but only in the "short" and Streetsweeper's misinformation...it appears Mr. Smith might be suffering from a lack of professional integrity and honesty...regarding his motives for trying to trash Sphere3D.
