The company did not state audited fins would be published by August 15. They stated Q2 fins would be published on time, and they were, by August 14, the due date.

The audit was essentially complete mid August. Along with Form 10, the audit was to be submitted to the SEC before we see it. The status is known to the company only at this time.

We are expecting positive news each and every day!
