We had a good walk thanks!! The talks today were on being mindful or paying attention to your thoughts and body at all times. Then we went to a Vietnamese restaurant for a nice lunch!! Glad you got the tree and stump done so quick today!! It will go quickly tomorrow too!! Get some rest tonite!!
