Only other public company is adcs, there is also Greenhouse payment solutions, which is a private company. So it is a 33/33/33 jv. But Greenhouse accounts stay with Greenhouse, the jv does not benefit from those 125+ accounts. The jv is also excluded from selling cashless ATM's in Colorado, that territory status with greenhouse.
