You fundamentally misunderstand what a convertible note is on a 10-Q.

These aren't real companies. They are pink sheet stocks. Fundamentals are mostly fantasies protected by the "forward looking statement" clause and fancy footwork. Doesn't mean you can't make money. Timing is the key ingredient. AJMO
