interesting read .. if im reading the post correctly the company is saying because everyone else is breaking the rules its ok for them also? and that they are being singled out because they are public? how do we know the images in the posts doesn't have nestle approval to be used? as far as ebay selling maybe nestle will go after them next? or maybe they have some agreement to use the logos?? will be interesting to see what happens next

an excellent read as far as the GNGR side of the story which is posted on GuntherGrant.com

It will be interesting to see how it plays out. The GNGR CEO stated that basically, Nestle can't stop GNGR unless they "buy out" GNGR. Apparently, Nestle wasn't playing fair in the court proceedings.
