And I think I just answered my own question. Took another look at the May 5 press release. The headline touts "Solar Wind Energy Tower, Inc. Obtains Conditional Financing Commitment for First Solar Tower in Arizona." But in the body of the release it says "A definitive agreement has not yet been finalized between the parties." Given no further press release or 8-K about Nat Standard, I can only presume that there still -- some 4.5 months later -- is no definitive agreement between SWET and Nat Standard.

Seems to me that that press release jumped the gun by a wide margin. That's very disturbing.
