I think that the name is irrelevant. This company could have a very original product, but as long as is associated with Newbauer this will be a scam. Mark's next movement is probably issue shares for either New Wave or Greenstar as this turd is death, rinse and repeat. The guy is addicted to cheap and easy cash to finance his lavish lifestyle. The only entity that can stop this crook is the SEC

Well I'm going to be at the Vegas Cannabis convention in November. Greenstar will be there, I'll let you know what I find. I highly doubt these are scams.
