Nobody wants to take over a company that is completely worthless (net worth far less than 0) and nothing to show other than debt, dilution, all time low prices and lies. Additionally, investigation by the SEC and whoever takes over will immediately become partially responsible for the sanction fines given to Chua, Anderson, and OTHM, collectively.
