OK let's slow down and be careful how you word that. Yes, TECHNICALLY, it is not official until 09/30/14 due to a required regulatory delay but as stated in the PR released by the company on 09/11/14:

The Agreement is binding and irrevocable and shall become effective September 30, 2014 following a required regulatory delay. There are no further procedures or conditions to be met.

The way rumors take off around here we don't need people thinking that the company is not doing as they have stated.

Isn't it obvious that they have no understanding of how to manage the flow of information? I don't want to put them down but I think that would be obvious.

It's just my opinion and what I thought would be helpful.
I've contacted Ovadia and gave my suggestions.
Again I own part of the company and it's my money.

I would like them to improve and if they were to hear this from a lot people they may actually do it. Our price will be dictated by their pr's.
