That is what I have been cribbing about all these days.

With so much positive news around this stock, there is no way that it should remain stagnant at 10 cents. There is definitely some manipulation. The question is who is doing it and why?

I have seen a couple of penny stocks go up by as much as 100% on just some basic news about a successful trial or the likes. And here we have huge govt. contracts coming our way and we see a fall in pps, leave aside any growth.

Just need buying volume that hasn't been generated yet.
