Been in and out of this for 3 years and if you still think the rule of law wins with politics and cash in the mix, you ain't even on the bus. No way the CAFC should have come back with that ruling and therefore, the appropriate investment here is with a hedge that the en banc will not be allowed and SCOTUS doesn't here it by May...most likely for VRNG are in ZTE arena now but they have had little/no setbacks in that case and if they do the stock will struggle to stay listed.
