For sure I know you know all about the plethora of past excuses provided here well Serenity lol.

In fact I'm a big believer in past behaviors dictating future actions.

So hopefully it's simply a case of Eric/WNBD suffering terrible luck in being the only product of the hundreds for sale in the cleaning category that's suffered this unfortunate so-called technical glitch and homedepot.com's techies can get it corrected within 24 hours.

I'd hate to see the following notification dragged out for days bringing back past memories of all the previous excuses provided when stuff goes wrong cheers>>>
