So then, Domino® brand sugar, Domino® brand pizza, and Domino® brand software should all be suing each other right? From my research, you CAN get a trademark approved if you can differentiate your businesses area of commerce. Like right now.. there are TWO "School Fuel" trademarks. So yes, there is a School Fuel, but SchoolFuel could still be trademarked because they don't step on each others feet so to speak.
